Parish Registration
Those interested in registering to become parishioners may do so by filling out our Parish Registration Form.
The completed form can be dropped off at the St. Elizabeth Seton Rectory, mailed to P.O. Box 861, North Falmouth, MA 02556, or put into the collection basket at mass.
Registration in the parish signifies the desire to fulfill the responsibilities of a parishioner at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish: to get involved in parish activities, to share in our supreme action of giving worship to God at Sunday Mass, to enroll children in our parish CCD program, and to contribute financially to the up-keep of the parish.

The 25th Anniversary History of St. Elizabeth Seton parish states, “With solid faith, unwavering hope and all-consuming love, will the growing family that is the parish of St. Elizabeth Seton continue to work, to pray, and to worship together for the Glory of God – the praise of His Divine Son – and the blessings of His Holy Spirit.” St. Elizabeth Seton parish remains committed to this mission, living it out in our liturgy, ministries, apostolates, and clubs.
